Hey I am Aletche de Meyer born in South Africa to a wildly wonderful woman that inspired creativity and eating all your veg as a hobby. She always told me that the worse things that could happen is that people can only say no, so what someone will say yes or that people can laugh at you and so what you have accomplished, you made them laugh, so go for it just do it. So here I am just doing it following my passions as wildly as my mum follows her heart.

I am by no means an expert nor a mycologist but this

kingdom has fascinated me for years and my passion has

grown into creating my own micro mushroom business

focusing on grow your own kits and teaching others

how to grow mushrooms at home.

Nature has always brought me solace and peace within

her beauty I find myself lost and found for hours. I

wanted to capture her beauty to hold it and share it with

others. So I dove into the world of pigment making,

eco-printing and natural dyes. Experimenting with

every possible leaf, flower and basically anything plant

based and pretty. Creating upcycled one off items, to

custom makes, handcrafted journals and into the world

of greeting cards, wedding invitations and one off art prints.

Our worlds are as big or as small as we wish to make them but our foundation stays solid our connection to family and our roots run deep and is undeniably the source of who we are, who we become and who we choose to be.
