Eco printing or natural pigment printing is a direct or contact printing technique that extracts natural dyes from plant materials, depositing them as prints onto the preferred substrate used.  Eco printing is a kind of alchemy, as much art as it is science. 

You can achieve the most amazing prints and colours just by using natural elements which don’t harm our planet in any way. Eco-printing is a very slow process, but that’s the beauty of it. Learn to slow down and just look around you, observe what nature is doing, try to understand her, feel her, love, respect, be a part of her. Without Mother Earth we would not be here it really is as simple as that! 

An eco print can never be repeated, because every leaf on this planet is different. Every print on here is one of a kind and unique.  I hope you can find the beauty within every piece you look at, as I do.
